ABOUT ME
My name is Renato, an Italian chef with a deep passion for authentic food and traditional flavours.
This passion led me to the UK, where I have continued to grow and refine my skills.
My most recent experience was in a prestigious pizzeria in Chester, known for its award-winning Neapolitan style under the guidance of Giacomo Guido. During this journey, I worked on a variety of traditional preparations including frittatine, potato croquettes and tiramisu, always focusing on quality, consistency and authentic taste.
One of the highlights was the development of the Frittatina Amatriciana, a dish that quickly became very popular among local customers and food influencers.
Today, I am starting a new chapter in Lancaster, bringing with me the true taste of Naples, my experience, and my passion — ready to share authentic Neapolitan street food with a new community.
